Achieving Sustainability with Lawn Care
Keeping our natural environment and maintaining our footprint in a sustainable manner can be challenging in today’s world. The store shelves are packed full of harmful pesticides and herbicides. Every store you go to, you are most likely to find the shelves full of chemical pesticides and fertilizers. We are all so familiar with these products that most of the time we do not stop to ask ourselves if these products are causing true harm to ourselves, others, or nature. So why make the switch to a more sustainable and eco-friendly option?
Join Partners of Scott County Watersheds and Christian LaCarte, founder of the zero-emissions lawn care business Sustainable Stewards, for a presentation on achieving sustainability with lawn care on Tuesday, March 15 from 12-1pm.
