Rob DePover

Board Member since 2019

Rob started his career at Bettendorf Public Works as a sanitation worker in October of 2004. He eventually transferred to the Storm Water Maintenance Division as the heavy equipment operator where he helped maintain waterways and storm sewers. He also gained experience installing and maintaining erosion and sediment control
BMPs for city improvement projects. In March of 2013, Rob was promoted to become the city’s Erosion Sediment Control Technician and became a certified storm water erosion and sediment control inspector (CESSWI) through EnviroCert International. Rob is responsible for the over site of the city’s COSESCO permit process and assists in the oversight of the city’s MS4 permit. Rob provides training to city employees and the public and is also a member of the Bettendorf Conservation Committee and The Quad Cities Storm Water Convention Committee. Rob is a lifelong resident of Bettendorf and lives in the Lower Duck Creek Watershed.
