West Lake Park Restoration Project
Join Marc Miller, Scott County Conservation Deputy Director, for an overview and update on the West Lake Park/ Lake of the Hills renovation project! This large project involved a water quality study, watershed management plan, and two different construction phases. Fish habitat was a key element in the planning, along with numerous other improvements for the recreation enjoyment of the citizens of Scott County.

About the Speaker
Marc Miller is the Deputy Director for Scott County Conservation Board and serves as the Project Manager for the Lake of The Hills renovation project, along with supervising the maintenance, law enforcement, and operations for the Conservation Board. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology from Iowa State University and a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. Marc has been with Scott County Conservation since 2001. Prior to that, he served our Country in numerous positions worldwide as a career soldier in the U.S. Army.
