Our speaker for this month will be Christina McDonough from the Food Rescue Partnership. The Food Rescue Partnership’s vision is a Quad Cities – a community dedicated to eliminating food waste, which is accomplished through their mission to promote rescuing food for its best possible use.  Christina will share how the Scott County Health Department organized community members and organizations to create the Food Rescue Partnership, preferred methods for food waste reduction, and how the Food Rescue Partnership works to educate the community on the importance of food rescue.

Partners of Scott County Watersheds forum will be held Tuesday, April 18th at 12pm at the Eastern Avenue Library, 6000 Eastern Ave, Davenport, IA 52807.
